Governor Oborevwori Appointment of Emu, Aguariavwodo,Prince Erijo,,Chief Okpobor, others merited-Assay 
The appointment of Dr Kingsley Emu as Secretary to the State Government , SSG, Senator Aguariavwodo as Senior Political Advicer to the Governor,Prince Erijo as Chief of Staff  and Chief Okpobor as EDFA DESOPADEC by His Excellency, Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has been applauded by a Stalwart of the PDP from Okpe-Isoko, High Chief Anthony Omamuzo Assay KSM.
In a press statement in Warri over the weekend , the Isoko high chief who is also the Chairman of Delta PDP Coalition Support groups noted that Governor Oborevwori by the caliber of men and women he has appointed so far has demonstrated his determination to turn things around in the state.
According to him, nobody is in doubt as to the capacity and competence of Dr Emu, Senator Aguariavwodo,Prince Erijo and Chief Okpobor as well as other appointments made so far by the governor, noting that his action shows he means business and a rewarder of loyalty, dedication and diligence to duty.
Said he:" As a grassroots politician of note, the governor is poised to hit the ground running just as he has promised to be fair in the distribution of amenities to all parts of the state 
Our confidence in his ability to excel is not in doubt.Despite distractions from the opposition and nay sayers, Delta state is poised to experienced a boost in infrastructural and industrial transformation under the watch of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
"Given the full cooperation of all Deltans, the state has the potential of becoming a leading state in the committee of States in Nigeria.The focus now should be on rapid accelerated industrial transformation as well as boost agriculture to create employment opportunities for our people."
Chief Assay also commended the governor for the timely inspection of the Ughelli-Asaba Highway under construction by the state government with a view towards ensuring that the project is brought to completion after 16 years of construction.
