Members of Delta PDP Coalition Support Groups have extolled the giant strides of governor Sherriff Oborevwori in 100 days as governor  in the state.

 

The Chairman of the group, a PDP stalwart from Okpe Isoko in Isoko North Local Government Area,  Sir Chief Assay Anthony Omamuzo who spoke on behalf of the group to newsmen in Warri said, the governor has demonstrated an uncommon courage and determination to break new grounds and shown that he is the man of the people.

 

 

 "Going by the number of projects commissioned by the governor alone in 100 days and the quality of men and women he has appointed so far, he has set himself apart as a man adequately prepared for the office. 

 

"Indeed, Deltans have never had it so good and the joy of the people knows no bound. He has come as a unifying figure for a fractured and highly polarised state like Delta. There is no doubt that PDP will continue to dominate the political space and will for a long time to come occupy the Dennis Osadebe House. 

 

"Our amiable governor is loved across the state and we as his followers will continue to be loyal to him in accomplishing the goals we have set for ourselves ," Chief Assay concluded.
